INNOVATION owns all intellectual property in the Software. INNOVATION permits you to Use the Software only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Software License. Innovation grants to you a non-exclusive limited license to Use the Software for the purposes described below:

FDRDECRY is provided under a no-charge license from Innovation Data Processing, it can only be used to exchange encrypted files with a site with a paid license for the entire FDRCRYPT product (which includes the FDRCAMS program). FDRDECRY can decrypt only files which were encrypted by FDRCAMS. Likewise, FDRDECRY can be used to encrypt files, but they can only be decrypted by FDRCAMS. So, it is not possible for two FDRDECRY-only sites to use the program to exchange encrypted data.

No Modification. You may not alter or modify the Software.

Warranty Disclaimer. USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS MADE AVAILABLE ON AN “AS IS” BASIS ONLY AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR INDEMNITY OF ANY KIND

Limit of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL INNOVATION BE LIABLE TO YOU, OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Intellectual Property Ownership, Copyright Protection. The Software is protected by law, including without limitation the copyright laws of the United States.

Transfer. You may not transfer this software to another user.

NO WARRANTY. The Software is being delivered to you “AS IS”.

Export Rules You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred, or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act.

Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of New Jersey, USA.
