Problems have been reported after upgrading from OS/390 2.7 put 0101 or higher. There are some known issues at these new levels of OS/390 and all of the UPSTREAM/MVS versions including FDR/Upstream, Upstream/SOS MVS, when performing restores, and for Upstream OS/390 UNIX when performing backups. The symptoms are long running operations, inaccurate transfers and corrupt data.
