Innovation has discovered a problem that can cause VSAM data sets with certain unusual
characteristics to be corrupted when they are restored, copied, or moved to a cylinder
number higher than 32767. Although this is only possible when the output volume is a
3390-54, we urge all customers to apply the following ZAP as soon as possible. Please do not
delay installing the ZAP because you have not installed any 3390-54's yet, because you may not
remember when you do install them.
If you do have 3390-54 volumes and you suspect that you have been affected by this problem,
please contact Innovation for instructions on identifying and repairing affected data sets.

Any version of FDR is compatible with dynamic volume expansion. After you expand a volume size using dynamic
volume expansion and run the ICKDSF REFORMAT command to rebuild the VTOC and VTOC index, the FDR system will
recognize the new volume size.
